I've been drawing a lot of non-first-gen pokemon O___O So I'm not really sure of their personality, or their relations with their trainers, or whatever >_>; 

Though, I remember meeting the trainer of this pokemon before xD And apparently, the wingull really is a girl O_O and her name's PEEKO

So, here's Peeko the Wingull for you xD
(the pin on the bandana is a symbol I made up especially for pokemon of this type. it's the familiar WATER pokemon symbol, but I made it to look like a feather to also represent FLYING type pokemon ^-^)
